Who You Are Agreeing With

Lunanul is operated by MTM CYA Corp, trading as MTM Cofounders & Associates. In these terms, "Lunanul", "we", "us" and "our" mean that company. "You" means the person using the app or this website.

These terms cover both the Lunanul mobile app and lunanul.com.

Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account or using Lunanul, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

Who Can Use Lunanul

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lunanul. Where the law of your country sets a higher minimum age for consenting to online services — 16 in parts of the European Union, for example — that higher age applies to you. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Lunanul with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

What Lunanul Is

Lunanul draws tarot cards and generates written and spoken interpretations of them, in the voice of a guide character matched to you. The interpretations are produced by artificial intelligence, not by a human reader, and they draw on the readings and reflections you have saved in the app so that they build on each other over time.

Because the interpretations are AI-generated, they can be wrong, inconsistent, or simply strange. Treat them as a prompt for your own reflection, never as a statement of fact about your life or your future.

Lunanul Is Not Professional Advice

Lunanul is for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other kind of professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Do not use it to make a decision you would otherwise take to a doctor, therapist, lawyer, or financial adviser.

Lunanul is not a crisis service and cannot help in an emergency. If you are in distress or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country.

Your Account

You are responsible for your account. That means you agree to:

• Give accurate account information and keep it current
• Keep your login credentials to yourself and secure
• Accept responsibility for what happens under your account
• Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it
• Use the service in line with the laws that apply to you

Your account is personal to you. Please do not share it or transfer it to anyone else.

Subscriptions and Billing

Lunanul has a free tier and paid subscriptions. Paid plans unlock additional guides and features. Current plans and prices are shown in the app before you buy, and on our pricing page.

• Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you installed the app. We never receive or store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the then-current price, unless you cancel first.
• You can cancel at any time in your Apple or Google account subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep paid access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, because they took the payment. We cannot issue a refund for a store purchase on your behalf, though we are glad to help you approach them.
• If we change the price of a plan, we will tell you before the change affects you, and you can cancel if you do not want to continue.
• Where a free trial or introductory offer is available, its terms are shown at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial.

Deleting your Lunanul account does not by itself cancel a store subscription. Please cancel it in your Apple or Google settings as well.

Your Readings and Reflections

What you write in Lunanul — your reflections, check-ins, and the notes you keep about your readings — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of it.

You give us the permission we need to run the service for you: to store your content, to show it back to you, and to send the relevant parts of it to our AI provider so that your interpretations can take your history into account. That permission exists so the product can work, and for no other purpose. We do not sell your content and we do not publish it.

You are responsible for what you write. Please do not put anything into Lunanul that you have no right to share, including other people's personal information.

Our Content and Software

The Lunanul app, this website, the guide characters, the written card interpretations, the artwork, and the name and logo are ours or our licensors', and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own, non-commercial use for as long as these terms are in force.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or use the service or its content commercially, including reselling readings
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract the source code or our prompts, except where the law says you may
• Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically copy content from the app or the site
• Work around paywalls, usage limits, or any security or authentication measure
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trade mark, or other proprietary notice
• Use our content to train a machine-learning model

Acceptable Use

Please do not use Lunanul to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone else's rights
• Harass, threaten, or harm another person
• Impersonate someone else or misrepresent who you are
• Interfere with the service, overload it, or probe it for vulnerabilities
• Access the service with bots, scrapers, or other automated means
• Present Lunanul readings as your own professional or psychic service to other people

Ending This Agreement

You can stop using Lunanul whenever you like, and you can delete your account at any time. How to do that, and what happens to your data, is explained on our account deletion page.

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. Unless the law or the seriousness of the breach prevents it, we will give you notice and a chance to export what matters to you.

When this agreement ends, your right to use the service ends with it. The sections that by their nature should outlast it — our content and software, your responsibility for what you wrote, limitation of liability, and governing law — remain in force.

Changes to the Service

Lunanul is offered as it is, and it changes. We add, alter, and retire features, guides, and spreads as the product develops, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We do not promise that it will always be available or that any particular feature will last forever.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Lunanul is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any decision you make on the strength of a reading. Where we are found liable despite this, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of the country you live in, and nothing excludes our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, where that exclusion would be unlawful.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. If a change matters to you, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Lunanul after that means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, you can stop using the service and delete your account.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and of the state in which MTM CYA Corp is organised, setting aside their conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Latin America, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in.
